[Solar Power Sales]

This is a sales job for solar power generation systems. You can start without any experience and work with confidence through a well-structured training program. Through this job, you can make a significant achievement and aim for an annual income of 100 million yen. Young generations are mainly active and can work while feeling the growth.

- Visit the customer's home to convey the appeal of solar power generation.
- Listen to the customer's needs carefully and propose the optimal product.
- When a contract is established, confirm the content of the construction and proceed with the preparations for the implementation.

Working in this job, you will acquire sales skills and communication abilities. There are many opportunities to polish the skills necessary to build a trustful relationship with customers. The more you get used to it, the more enjoyable the job becomes.

▼Salary
The starting monthly salary is 250,000 yen, with allowances and monthly incentives provided. There is a high-rate incentive system based on the number of appointments made and contracts secured, accessible even to those without experience. There are also position allowances, ranging from assistant manager to head of the department, with specific allowances set according to each position. Overtime hours average less than 5 hours per month, with essentially no overtime required. The expected annual salary ranges from 4 million to 10 million yen, varying based on individual skills and performance.
