You will be working for a company that manufactures palm-sized precise screws used for the power seats of foreign luxury vehicles.
Things to handle: palm-sized metal precision parts
Workflow
1：Placing parts onto a machine and cutting rod-shaped products
2：Changing parts of the machine, then inspecting the finished products by using a micrometer.
Handling with light and small products

▼Salary
Basic hourly wage: 1300 yen (1200 per hour during 2 -month probationary period)
Overtime hourly wage: 1,625 yen (overtime: starts with actual working hours of 8)
Holiday shift hourly wage: from 1,625 to 1,950 yen (holiday night shift): Saturday

<Sample monthly salary>
①regular hourly wage: 8 hours/ day x 1300 yen x 20 day/ month =208,000 yen
②overtimes: 20 hours / month x 1625 yen (125%) =32,500 yen
Total: 240,500 yen

▼Working Days and Hours
Dayshift: 8：00~17：00
Actual working hours: 7 hours and 40 minutes (Break: 80 minutes)
Overtime: from 1 to 2 hours per day

▼Holiday
Sunday and Saturday, Long holidays (Golden Week, summer vacation, end- year and new year’s holidays)
