We are looking for operators for a new service that will be launched as a new business in the cross-border EC division developed by Benly. We are planning to develop a purchase agent service to purchase products in Japan when there is an order request from overseas. The operator will be responsible for responding to customers via e-mail in accordance with the business manual and operations. The main focus will be on communicating with customers living overseas via e-mail in English and other tasks associated with purchasing on behalf of customers in Japan. It is also a rewarding experience as you will be exposed to Japanese goods and culture such as anime and games.
Estimated annual salary: 3,810,000 ~ 6,000,000 yen
Monthly salary: 317,500 ~ 500,000 yen
Base salary: 258,042 ~ 406,425 yen
Fixed overtime (30 hours): 59,458 ~ 93,575 yen
