Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
☆Traffic Security and Traffic Guidance☆

Work locations include Kyoto City and southern Shiga Prefecture!
All jobs are direct-visit and direct-return! All jobs are direct-home and all transportation expenses will be paid.

★No experience necessary! ★
If you're worried it's your first time working in security- no problem!
We will provide you with thorough training.

Traffic Guidance:
We guide vehicles and people at road construction sites, building sites, store parking lots to ease traffic congestion and prevent accidents.

Event staff:
We work at concerts, firework festivals, marathons, and other events.
We support the safe implementation of events by guiding visitors for the event.

Measures against warm weather in summer:
Salt candy, sports drinks, air-conditioned clothing, etc. are provided.

Measures against cold in winter:
We provide free warm body warmers, which is a good thing during this season.

Hourly wage: 1,200 yen or more

Part-time/part-time: not stipulated

▼Working Days and Hours
1) 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2) 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day
There is a break between 8:00 and 17:00

Fluid depending on the site conditions of the day. Actual results are almost always on time or finished by the end of the day.

Our company is a security company that was just established in June 2022. I myself have been in the security industry for 8 years now, and in the beginning, I never imagined that I would be opening a security company like this. I am pleased to announce the establishment of KANWA SOHGO SERVICE CO.

I have experienced a lot of culture shock in the security industry, and coming from a different industry, the common sense of the security industry sometimes seemed insane to my eyes. In the midst of all this, I was blessed with a good job and good people, and I grew attached to the people I worked with, and a desire to improve the company began to grow. Working with the company representative at the time, we implemented a variety of internal reforms, which has become the foundation for me today.

One of the major challenges in the security industry is the shortage of human resources. In all my years of observation, this has never improved. On the contrary, the turnover rate is very high in this industry. How do you attract and retain talent? I recognize that this is an issue that will affect the company's survival for years to come.

It is not a question of "because we are in the security industry," but rather of the way of thinking that is required in this day and age, and the diverse ways of working and values that exist. We aim to create a work environment with a good work-life balance, where each and every employee takes his/her work seriously and enjoys his/her private life to the fullest. Also essential to this is good health.

Almost no one comes to our company with a desire to work in security. Most of them are mid-career hires with no experience. I was one of them.
