Go directly to the site and have a meeting with the client.
Confirm with the client the necessary equipment, number of staff, what kind of items will be set up, etc,
[Set up the venue]
Work together with other employees and part-timers.
[After the event is over, we will take down the trucks.]
We disassemble all the assembled items and load them on the truck.
Work is complete.

Setup is carried out together with people from the setup departments of other companies.
Since a large number of people share the work, there is almost no overtime work.
As long as the work and preparations for the next day are complete, you can go home directly!
In fact, at nearly 80% of our sites, work is finished earlier than the scheduled end time.
