Monthly salary: Base salary 192,000 yen
Base-up evaluation fee allowance: up to 13,000 yen (during evaluation period only)
Bonus: Twice a year (3 months bonus in the previous year, depending on performance)
Commuting allowance: Actual expenses paid (maximum 30,000 yen/month)
Childcare allowance: 10,000 yen for the first child / 5,000 yen for the second and subsequent children (preschooler)

Part-time: 1,200 yen per hour, 3 days per week or more
