Daily wage: 13,000 yen and up
Bonus: 5,000 yen allowance for summer and 5,000 yen for winter
Family allowance: 3000 yen/month for each dependent living in the same household
Communication allowance: ¥3,000/month for cell phone supplement
Drink allowance: 300 yen per day x number of working days/month
Transportation allowance: Provided in accordance with company regulations
Holiday work allowance: 35% increase per day for each day in excess of the company's regulations, with reimbursement every six months
Paid allowance: 1 day per month from the month of joining the company (12 days per year)

Meeting time: 6:00 - 7:00 (assemble at the sales office, employee dormitory, or storage area)

Return time: 18:00 - 20:00 (depends on the distance to the site) (scaffolding loading and unloading at the material yard is included in the daily wage)

Salary is paid on the last day of the month after the 20th of each month.

Uniforms will be provided for the first 3 years and 2 years from the 2nd year (innerwear, rain cape, safety shoes, etc. will be provided only for the first year).
