●If you have no experience, you will start with coordinating human resources. Through meetings with staff, you will learn about the various kinds of jobs at the airport.
You will also learn about overseas human resources, the dispatch process including social insurance and dormitory arrangements, and mention dispatch laws.
●Getting used to coordinating work, you will do dealing with corporate clients.
Accompanying your superior to clients to hear about "what kind of human resources needed," etc., and also doing matching work of registered staff with them.
After about three months of on-the-job training, you will gradually take over your responsibilities once you get confident.

Monthly salary 250,000~320,000 yen + various allowances
※Salary will be determined based on experience and ability.
※The above amount includes deemed overtime pay (20 hours per month / 33,784 yen or more). Excess amount will be paid separately.
Example of annual salary: 3,990,000 yen (first year with the company)
