<Overall Flow of training to starting the work>
▼Start with 3 months of basic training!
You will learn the basics at our training center and practical training facilities in our offices.
◎Safety and basic training (~20 days)
Focusing on classroom lectures, learn the basics, such as names of tools and how to use them. Textbooks are also provided.
◎Teamwork Training (21~40 days)
Learn how to work as a team in the field while practicing simple construction work at the training center. This training involves teaming up with approximately 5-10 peers for practical exercises.
◎Practical training (40~60 days)
For practical training, trainees will learn how to proceed with different construction scenarios in the functional training facility replicating a construction site. Trainees will experience conditions similar to those on actual construction sites to prepare for their debut on the job site.
◎Certifications
Part of the curriculum is to study for the 8 qualifications required for on-site work (small construction equipment, vibration tool operator, circular saw operator, mobile crane・forklift・grinding wheel・roller・slinging). After taking the course, you will be able to take the exam. The company will cover the cost.
▼On-site Debut!
You will work in a team of 6 to 7 people, including the senior colleagues. They will support you by saying, "I like how you use the Power shovel," or "You are performing based on what you learned in your training!"

Monthly salary of 300,000 yen or more + bonus twice a year
*This will be determined based on experience, ability, and other factors.
*Includes a uniform mobility allowance (72,700 yen per month).
*Overtime work will be paid in full separately.
*Family allowance of up to 50,000 yen per month is also available for those with family members! (limited to two years after joining the company)

We finish construction, including cleanup, at 5:00 pm. Therefore, overtime, including travel time, is around 1 hour a day.
