【Maintenance staff for Shinkansen and railroad tracks】
-This job is to check clean and prepare railroad tracks of Shinkansen and conventional lines.
-Replace and repair rails to ensure that trains can run safely.

【Full-time employee】
Monthly salary: 188,000-216,000 yen
*Includes fixed overtime pay.
*Will be determined based on experience, ability, and age.

▼Working Days and Hours
【Working hours】
22:30-5:00
*Day shift may be required a few times a month.
*Working hours include travel time, so working time is about 5~6 hours

Generally none.
If overtime work exceeds the fixed overtime rate, overtime will be paid separately.

【Days Off】
- 1~2 days off per week (Sundays and national holidays, according to company calendar)
- 105 days off per year

Trial period: 3 months
During the trial period, employees earn 180,000-220,000 yen per month and part-time workers earn 9,000 yen per day.
