Commission system
Merit bonus will be paid twice a year based on your sales (summer and winter)

Base salary: 160,080 yen (minimum wage guaranteed)
★50.0% ~ 59.1% commission rate

〈Salary Example〉
(1)Day shift: Sales 450,000 yen → Salary 239,000 yen
(2) Night shift: Sales 700,000 yen → Salary 390,000 yen
(3) Every other day shift: Sales 600,000 yen → Salary 325,000 yen

Three-year contract after obtaining the type 2 driving license.
The contract is automatically renewed after the first contract.

(1) Day shift: 8 hours a day/2 hour break, 23 days per month
　　　Example: 7:00 ~ 17:00

(2) Night shift: 8 hours a day/2 hour break, 23 days per month
　　　Example: 17:30 ~ 3:30 a.m.

(3) Every other day: 16 hours a day/4 hour break, 11.5 days per month
