As an SV of a BPO office center contracted by public offices, local governments, and companies, you will work with the general manager to manage projects in line with client needs and provide support that offers job satisfaction to members.

Main Tasks
Data checking
Checking data received from the client and operator-generated data for conformity
Confirm data layout composition according to client needs

Prepare data to be delivered to the client
Generation of data to be delivered
Burning on media

Improvement of operations
While entering temporary help for input work,
While checking the productivity and efficiency of the projects you are in charge of
Planning and execution of business improvement

Provide help (support) to members and sales staff.
Adjustment of workload and allocation of operators
Operator training and quality improvement
Preparation of proposal materials for clients
Client support
etc.


No previous SV experience is necessary!
We will provide on-the-job training to current leaders and managers.
Those who have experience in member training and numerical management, those who have worked in call centers or as SV for projects as a temporary worker, or those who have worked as part-timers or part-timers as a leader and have thought about the execution of work as a whole team, etc. want to acquire skills from various angles!
