Job Description.
Rental management staff members work on behalf of the owners of rental properties, performing necessary tasks such as arranging for tenant recruitment, signing and renewing contracts when tenants move in, collecting rent, and attending to tenants when they move out. We are looking for Chinese speakers to be involved in handling rent remittances to overseas owners (mainly in Taiwan and Hong Kong), tax returns, and other tasks.

Arrangements for tenant recruitment and contractual duties: Once a vacancy becomes available, we immediately request a rental agency to recruit tenants. If there is an application, we screen and sign a contract with the agency. In both cases, we will communicate with the brokerage company.
Post-occupancy management: Manage rent deposits and withdrawals, manage property conditions when tenants move in and out, renew contracts, attend tenants when they move out, and more.
Proposing renovations: Proposing renovations to the owner in order to make the property popular with prospective tenants. In addition, we prepare documents required by owners when they file tax returns and conduct sales activities so that they will entrust us with the management of new properties. ≪The owners are mainly affluent people who purchase condominiums for rent and manage them as rental properties for the purpose of generating rental income. Recently, an increasing number of people from Asian countries such as China are managing rental properties for the purpose of earning rental income in Japan, and approximately 40% of our company's owners are from overseas. Of course, there is no need to worry about language barriers, as we have in-house staff members who specialize in translation. Starting with rental management, which is relatively easy to get used to in the real estate industry, there are plenty of opportunities to acquire a real estate construction license and eventually gain experience in other departments. This is a field where you can steadily gain experience in order to become a real estate expert.
