We are looking for COACH Store Operator.

■ Interpreter and customer service sales staff [Short-term part-time job].
※We are looking for a part-time interpreter to help us serve customers who speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
(Communication between other people such as the Japanese customers and other COACH staff will be in Japanese. This job requires you to be able to also speak in Japanese fluently)

【Job description】
・Customer service (explaining products, communicating with customers.)
・Cashier (cash register, wrapping products, etc.)
・Backyard operations (inventory control, merchandise replenishment, etc.)
※You will be trained in the backroom at first and then asked to work around the cash register. (cash register operation, wrapping, etc.) Then we will ask you to do customer service and sales operations in order so that you can work with confidence.

You will first receive backroom training to learn the concept and features of products through inventory checks and product displays.
Once you get used to the job, we will gradually ask you to provide support around the cash register, customer service, and sales duties.
Our trainers will fully support you until you get used to the jobs such as using the cash register and wrapping. Please feel free to ask any questions while on the job.
As for customer service, we mainly ask employees who want to work up front to do the job. You would not be asked to do any customer service without prior notice.
We also provide training in customer service, in which you will learn the basic mannerism and attentiveness that can be utilized in other careers.
