This job is to notify workers of approaching trains during construction work in close proximity to railroads.
This is mainly proximity work for JR, Kintetsu, and Meitetsu lines.
Train spotters are required to be qualified.
Until you become qualified, we will provide you with jobs as traffic guides, etc.
We have a wide range of age group members who are very active in this job.
We have both male and female workers.

Salary depends on working hours.
*The average monthly income of employees is over 200,000 yen.
*The hourly wage will be 1,027 yen during the 3-day legal training period.
There are no other changes in employment status or treatment.

First year of employment (after 3 months of probationary period)
No night shift / Traffic guidance / Monthly salary: 180,000-220,000 yen
No night shift / Train guard / 200,000-240,000 yen/month
Third year of employment (after personnel evaluation)
With night shift / Train guard / 200,000-290,000 yen

Variable working hour system on a monthly basis
