We run a chain sushi restaurant with 29 branches both in Japan and overseas. The Akasaka brunch is a traditional type of sushi restaurant without conveyor belts, where many foreign employees (including international students) are working. This restaurant is a 1-minute walk from Akasaka station. You can get experience in customer service and watch the skills of sushi chefs who support Japanese traditional food culture.
