▼薪资
1. Basic wage：Basic wage 190,000 yen～250,000 yen
　　Skill allowance (company rule)
　　Full-time attendance allowance (company rule)
　　*Deductions shall be made for delay, early leaving, leaving or absenteeism according to company policy.

2. Off-the-job allowance： According to company rules.

3. Wage cutoff date: Last day of the month

4. Wage payment date: 10th of the following month
　　In principle, wages are paid by bank transfer, but there may be cases where wages are paid in cash.

5. Wage revision：Wage increase or decrease will be implemented according to individual abilities and job responsibilities.

6. Deductions based on a labour-management agreement: dormitory fee, lunch box fee, etc.

▼工作天数与时间
1. Shifts start at 6:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. (8 hour shifts)

2. Break time: 60 minutes

3. Overtime： Yes, with extra pay based according to local labor laws

4. Existence of working on holidays： Yes

Overtime: Less than 30 hours, but may exceed 30 hours during the busy months of April and November.
*Start or end time may be changed for business reasons.

Wednesdays and one other day off per week (shift system)
Holidays to be decided at a preliminary meeting
Year-end and New Year vacations: 5 days
Obon vacation: 3 days

Trial period: 3 months
Payment will be 1000 yen per hour for the 3 month trial period.
