Cab drivers working mainly in Hachioji City
We take customers who call us from cab stands at JR Hachioji Station or other cab stands to their destinations.

This job is needed by many customers, such as those who have difficulty getting around, those who have trouble in the rain, and those who have trouble because there are no trains available.
To take them safely to their destinations is most important.

At the end of the day, we wash the cab.

▼薪资
Fixed salary + commission is the salary.
The commission rate is based on sales during the month, so you will receive an increase for your efforts.
* The percentage will be presented at the time of interview.

Salary example
200,000 - 350,000 yen
326,000 yen to 258,000 yen for those with high sales revenue
* Sales vary depending on the time of the year. Busiest months are August and December.

Others.
* Salary during the period of obtaining a type 2 driver's license and during the training period after obtaining the license: 7,000 yen per day
* Bonuses available (twice a year, amount to be determined based on operating income for a specific period. Details will be explained directly during the interview.)
* Service allowance (500 yen increase per year, up to 5,000 yen)

17 hours per day (including 3 hours break)

1 month: 12 working days
The day following a work day (work shift) is called "Ake-ban," a day to prepare for the next shift.
Work is done in a 5-day cycle of "Ride → Ake-ban → Ride → Ake-ban → Day off."

1 month: 6 to 7 days
2 days off the day after the first day of work.
* Paid vacations are available.

* You must obtain a regular type 2 driver's license.
You will attend a driving school for about one week.
After that, take the written test and if you pass, you get a Type 2 license (some people pass the test on the first try, others on the fifth try)

* Attend a 3-day training session hosted by the Taxi Association
7 days of in-house training (you will learn about cabs, Taisei Kotsu, and riding with senior drivers)
About 1 month will be a training period
