General civil engineering, exterior construction (factories, stores, roads), paving and exterior work.
We will carefully teach inexperienced workers!

Only for "Permanent Resident," "Long-term Resident," and "Spouse" visa holders.
*Student, Dependent, and Working visas are not allowed to work in this company.

Monthly salary: 250,000 - 350,000 yen
- Basic salary: 185,000 yen to 297,000 yen
- Fixed overtime: 55,000 to 80,000 yen (for 45 hours)
Other allowances

Commuting allowance: Up to 15,000 yen (depending on distance)
Housing allowance (not applicable for those living in a dormitory)
Family allowance (not available for those living in dormitories)

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Break time: 120 minutes (30 minutes, 60 minutes, 30 minutes)

About 10 hours/month
Overtime work in excess of 45 hours is paid at an additional overtime rate.

Holidays: 2nd Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays except major holidays
Vacations: Year-end and New Year holidays, GW, Obon
