We mainly work on road improvement projects, building foundations, and electric underground line and steel tower foundations. This job involves general civil engineering work such as formwork work, concrete pouring, heavy equipment operation, and paving.

Daily wage system
From 10,500 yen at time of hire + 500 yen per day commuting allowance = 11,000 yen
Average monthly salary: 264,000 yen (average monthly working days: 24 days)

*Salary amount will increase depending on experience.
Example: Possible position manager: daily wage + commuting allowance 14,500- 348,000 yen/month
　　More than 3 years of experience Daily salary + commutation allowance 12,000～ Monthly salary 288,000 (Amount may vary depending on skills and experience)
Commuting allowance 500 yen per day
3 times a year (March in spring, August in summer, and December in winter) 40,000 yen or more once a year
Salary increase once a year

The work sites are mainly in the entire Hokushin area.
