<Job description>
● The main area will be the Kanagawa Prefecture.
● In most cases, we will meet at the office and head over to the site. Depending on the location, we will allow Direct travel to and from work if possible.
● The job sites include hotels, schools, hospitals, condominiums, commercial facilities, etc.
●We also work for some of the famous facilities in Kanagawa, such as Yokohama Stadium, the new Yokohama City Hall, and banks!
★ We work for large-scale sites, which is very rewarding!
★ The workload is stable as there is always renovation work to be done in Yokohama Stadium.

■Monthly salary: 253,000 yen ~ 451,400 yen
※This will be determined based on your experience and ability.

■ Bonus: Twice a year (depending on your performance and evaluation/approximately 2-4 months of your salary)
└ 3 months' worth of Bonus was paid in the previous year!

■Salary increase: Once a year (based on your ability)
└ Some employees have received raises up to 10,000 yen per month!

■Transportation expenses: Paid (up to 10,000 yen/month)
■Overtime allowance: Calculated as daily allowance divided by 8 x 1.25.
■Holiday allowance: Calculated and paid by daily allowance x 1.35

Salary example: 36 years old, first year with the company, annual income 5.43 million yen
