This work includes changing and adjusting molds to fit containers for automatic and manual machines, inspecting, bundling, wrapping, and boxing in a food container (lunch box containers, etc.) manufacturing plant.

About 30 people work in the clean factory, together with members with light disabilities.
We produce 40,000 food containers a day by sharing the workload together.

■Base Wage
・Monthly salary: 192,000-208,000 yen
・Hourly wage: 1,200-1,300 yen

■Other Allowances
・Commuting allowance (maximum 20,000 yen/month)
・Overtime (including work on holidays)
　25% premium for up to 50 hours, 50% premium for 50 hours or more

<Payments>
・Wages are due at the end of each month.
・Wage payment date: 15th of every following month
・Deductions from wage payment: Social insurance, labor insurance, taxes, meal expenses, etc.

・Regular employment: No fixed term of contract
・Fixed-term employment: Contract renewed every year

After a trial period of 6 months, the contract will be renewed either for a year, or renewed without a specified contract period, depending on the level of proficiency of the work.
However, if the contract is renewed for one year, the salary conditions will be the same as the probationary period.
Even after the contract is renewed every year, the salary will be increased every year depending on the level of proficiency. Conversion to regular employment is possible and has previously occured.

・Working days: 5 days a week (240 days a year)
・Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
・Break time: 60 minutes (12:00-12:45, 15:00-15:15)

However, overtime hours can be increased or decreased depending on the individual's circumstances.
