【Shift】 4 days on, 2 days off, 3 rotating shifts
1st shift: 7:55-16:45 (7 hours 50 minutes/60 minutes break)
2nd shift: 14:45-23:35 (7 hours 50 minutes/60 minutes break)
3rd shift: 23:20 - 8:10 the next day (7 hours 50 minutes/60 minutes break)
