Our main business area is in the Nishi-Akashi area, centering on the east exit of JR Nishi-Akashi Station. Even if you are not familiar with Nishi-Akashi, you can get used to it quickly with our company, which has only Nishi-Akashi as a standby area. There is no quota.

There are two tablets in the car. One is a cloud-based cab dispatch system and the other is DiDi, a cab dispatch application. You can work with a constantly updated system, and with just one touch, you can get started even if you are a first-time driver.
With this system support, even those who joined us with no driver experience can be working in the same condition as everyone else in two weeks!

We have been certified and registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "Good Workplace Certification System" and "Company Supporting Female Drivers"!

Base salary 169,200 yen + overtime allowance + efficiency pay + late-night allowance
Salaries are paid according to sales for each month.
Commission rate: 48% to 60%.

③Sales 600,000 yen → Salary 320,400 yen (53.4% commission)

■Every other day
13 rides per month
16hour workday (13 hour ride + 3 hour break)
Example of daytime work 8:00 - 00:00／9:00 - 1:00 the next day, etc.
Working hours can be changed according to your request.

■Day shift
26 rides/month
Example of daytime work 8:00 - 16:00 (1.5 hour break)
Working hours can be changed according to your request.

■Night shift
26 rides/month
Example of night shift 18:00 - 2:00 (1.5 hour break)
Working hours can be changed according to your request.

You are required to obtain a workweek of 40 hours or less.

Trial period: 3 months (same working conditions during trial period)
☆7 days of driving school, 2 days of training at Taxi Center, and a departmental examination
☆70,000 yen will be paid as an allowance until the driver's license is obtained.
