Job Description:
You will be responsible for providing a pleasant experience for our guests. We have guests not only from Japan but also from overseas, so you will enjoy communicating with them in various languages.

・Perform gentle massages
・Perform relaxing dry head spas
・Provide treatments using therapeutic oils

Don't worry about what you don't know or if you have no experience. We provide solid training and support to help you grow into a full-fledged therapist. ▼薪资
・Hourly wage starts at 1,064 yen and goes up to 1,874 yen including late night allowance
・We have an incentive system
・10% of sales will be added to your salary
・Hourly wage will not be paid for 15 to 20 hours during the training period

Example:
22:00 - 27:00 (5 hours work)
◎Hourly wage 1064 yen x 125% (late night allowance) x 5 hours = 6,650 yen
◎4 treatments (average treatment unit price per treatment [excluding tax] 6,800 yen) 6,800 yen x 10% x 4 people = 2,720 yen
5 hours work per day
6650 yen (hourly rate) + 2720 yen (incentive) = 9370 yen
→1,874 yen per hour!
