【Maintenance Staff】
・We perform periodic inspections of water supply and drainage equipment and refrigeration equipment.
・We work at commercial facilities, hotels, restaurants, and other locations.
・The specific job is to check the machines.
・You will learn how to use the tools and how to manage safety.
・We also offer support for certification to further improve your skills once you become accustomed to the job.

Monthly salary: 220,900 yen to 270,000 yen
Bonuses are paid twice a year.
The actual bonus for the last fiscal year was 1 to 1.4 months.

31 years old / 7 years with the company / 5.52 million yen
36 years old/15 years with the company/ 6.6 million yen

5 days per week (2 days off every other week)

8:30-18:00 (7.5 hours per day)

Overtime is less than 5-20 hours per month.
Monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay, 10 hours per month or more than ¥15,100.
If you work more than 10 hours, overtime will be paid separately.

The main areas are within Kanagawa Prefecture and Tokyo, which is about 2 hours one way.
Using a company car, we visit 4 to 5 sites a day for water supply and drainage facilities and 1 site a day for refrigeration equipment.
