工作内容

At Hananomaru we are looking for Nursing Staff and Home-Visit Staff who would like to show and develop your hospitality skills in friendly environment.

【Nursing staff】
Nursing staff will be
-assisting our clients throughout the day
-making them feel comfortable and at home
Activities will include tea, health check, recreation, meal assist, bath time and tea time!

[Rewards]
Your rewards differ depending on daily duties.
You will get 25% WAGE INCREASE if you can work in vacation days.
The wage in training period is differ from regular wage (Please ask it when we have an interview).

【Home-Visit staff】
Home-Visit staff will be
-visiting the clients in their home
-helping them with daily tasks such as bathing, cleaning, laundry, making meals, dressing assistance etc.

[Rewards]
Your rewards differ depending on daily duties.
You will get 25% WAGE INCREASE if you can work in certain time such as 6-8am/6pm-10pm and in vacation days. Additionally, part-time workers who can work in weekend can be paid weekend-rewards every time you work(300-400/time).
