Facility design, facility construction management, facility maintenance, and facility management for buildings.
Specific job duties include,
・Taking and editing photographs on site
・Revision of drawings
・Creating documents

Example of monthly income 305,250 yen + transportation expenses
Hourly wage 1,650 yen x 8 hours x 20 days = 264,000 yen
Overtime: 1,650 yen x 1.25 x 20 hours = 41,250 yen
Including bonus allowance [Retirement allowance] system
