You will be in charge of a career partner position for a human resources company specializing in the medical and long-term care industry.
You will be responsible for both providing career support to job seekers who are considering changing jobs and recruiting support to offices that are considering hiring.
Both job seekers and business establishments will be assisted over the phone.

▼Salario
Salary revision: Twice a year (April, October)
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
*Standard bonuses (200,000-350,000 yen each) are guaranteed in June and December for the first year after employment, regardless of the month of employment.
*From the second year onward, the bonus will be linked to individual and company performance every six months.
*Personnel evaluation is conducted every six months.
