1. Based on your agreement to this Privacy Policy, we may provide your personal information to our business partners, other providers of our services and other services, or third parties such as companies or research institutions that conduct surveys, research, and analysis, within Guidable Jobs or other services provided by us. However, when providing such information, the customer's name and other information that can directly identify a specific individual shall be excluded and only provided to the extent necessary.
2. The Company will not provide your personal data to third parties (including those located outside Japan) without your consent, except in the following cases
①Cases in which the provision of personal information is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person in question

⑥when required by other laws and regulations.
3. Except in cases falling under any of the items of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not disclose personal data to third parties (excluding those who have established a system that complies with the standards specified in the Personal Data Protection Commission Regulations under Article 28 of the Personal Data Protection Act) in foreign countries (excluding countries specified in the Personal Data Protection Commission Regulations under Article 28 of the Personal Data Protection Act)
4. When obtaining the consent of the individual to provide personal information to a third party in a foreign country in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the following information shall be provided to the individual. However, in the event that the first item is not identifiable, the following information shall be provided in lieu of the first and second items: the fact that the first item is not identifiable, the reason why the first item is not identifiable, and any information that may be of use to the person in lieu of the first item, if any

5. When personal information is provided to a third party, we will create and preserve records in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Law
6. When receiving personal information from a third party, the Company shall perform the necessary confirmation in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Law, and shall prepare and preserve a record of such confirmation

In order to provide better services to our customers in the course of business operations, we may outsource all or part of the handling of acquired personal information to outside parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, we will select a contractor that is deemed to handle personal information appropriately, make necessary arrangements for the appropriate management of personal information and maintenance of confidentiality in contracts, etc., to prevent leakage of customers' personal information, and conduct necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that personal information is managed safely
A customer may contact the “Personal Information Inquiry Desk” of the Company with a request for notification of the purpose of use of his/her retained personal data, a request for disclosure of retained personal data or records provided to a third party, a request for correction, addition, or deletion of the content of retained personal data, a request for suspension of use or deletion of retained personal data, or a request for suspension of provision of retained personal data to a third party (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Request for Disclosure, etc.”). Upon confirming that the request is made by the customer, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, we will respond to the request within a reasonable period of time in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law. Please note that a fee of 1,000 yen (1,100 yen including tax) will be charged for each request for notification of the purpose of use of retained personal data or for disclosure of retained personal data or records provided to a third party.
Whether or not you provide us with your personal information is at your discretion. However, if you do not provide us with the required information, we may not be able to provide you with the appropriate services.
