▼Responsabilidades laborales
1. Light work: auxiliary work in an outside workshop (no qualifications required)
2. Gas cutting work: Work to melt and cut steel with gas fire.
(Required qualification: gas welding skill certificate)

▼Salario
Monthly salary: 253,250 yen - 450,000 yen
Minimum hours: Standard 173 hours/month
Maximum hours: Standard 173 hours + 40 overtime hours + 22 hours for working on holidays = 235 hours/month

■Working days: Variable working hours: per month (106 days off per year)
Basic working hours: 7 hours and 15 minutes per day (maximum 11 hours)
Working days: 20 to 24 days per month

Hours and break time:

Regular day shifts:
-7:00 - 15:00/ - 18:00
-Approx. 35 hours of overtime per month
-Lunch break of 45 minutes
-Sundays + bi-weekly rest day

Shift work:
-7:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 23:00 / 23:00 - 7:00
-Lunch break of 45 minutes
-About 44 hours of overtime per month / 1 variable working hour system

Regular night shifts:
-17:00 - 1:00 / - 5:00

Based on 173 hours per month (171 hours in a month with 30 days)

Special note on working hours: Based on 7.25 hours per day (maximum 11 hours)

Overtime hours: Approximately 40 hours per month
Work on holidays: 0 to 20 hours per month (up to 2 days per month on Saturdays or Sundays are treated as days off)
Preferred working hours: Depends on the type of business, but requests will be considered.
