Responsible for customer support, help desk, operation management and fault handling of server, network, etc., and support operations at major manufacturers and other business partners.

After learning training by a specialized department, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
-Management of PCs and smartphones
-Operation of internal systems
-Technical support of CAD systems
-Procurement work using English, handling product inquiries from overseas
-Technical translation of operation manuals, specifications, etc.
-Network monitoring of overseas bases, reporting work via English e-mail
-Operation and monitoring of networks for telecommunications carriers.
-Compilation of evaluation results of wireless LAN devices
-Planning of game servers and EC servers
-LAN/WAN construction for ministries and agencies, and many other projects.
We will provide you with a dedicated instructor who will guide you carefully so that you can make your debut as an engineer with confidence, without feeling that you were thrown out into the field with no knowledge or skills.
