▼Responsabilidades laborales
【You are responsible for the management of a whole hotel!】
・Training of part-time staff
・Create a good working environment
・Build relationships with existing staff and subcontracted staff
・Improvement in customer satisfaction
As a manager or assistant manager, you will be responsible for the hotel you are in charge of,
but you don't need to worry as most of our staff members started with no experience at all.

■Operational Support by Headquarters
The person in charge at the head office will visit the hotel on a regular basis and provide support for improving occupancy rates and sales, business management, personnel management, and so on.
No rent and utility fees are required for the living space in the hotel!

■Cooperation with other hotels
In addition to holding regular "General Meetings of Managers and Assistant Managers" to share the overall management policy,
We also have many opportunities to interact with other hotels.
You can gain useful ideas and advice for management on various occasions.

【Fixed Reward and JOB Reward are the two main ways to earn a high income!】
In addition to the fixed reward, the "Super Hotel" start-up/independence system offers job-based rewards.
Fixed reward is a fixed amount of salary regardless of sales.
JOB-type rewards are rewards based on the performance of the venture manager.
There are two types of rewards: "Performance Rewards" and "Incentive Cages" as described below.

■Performance Reward: Maximum of 3 million yen/year
The maximum incentive amount for Performance Rewards is 3 million yen.

■Incentive gauge: Maximum 4.8 million yen per year
The incentive gauge is calculated based on performance in numerical strength (store profit, customer acquisition, official website reservation rate), rate of customer satisfaction (breakfast, customer service, cleanliness), and conceptual strength (shared philosophy).

In addition, before assuming the position of "Super Hotel" venture manager, you will learn the skills necessary for hotel management through 50 days of training.
You will gain hands-on work experience through supporting other branches, and after opening, you will align with other hotels!

【Example of remuneration system】
1st year: 11 million yen + incentive + performance reward
2nd year: 11.5 million yen + incentive + performance bonus
3rd year: 12 million yen + incentive + performance bonus
4th year: 12 million yen + incentive + performance bonus

※The above is the minimum amount (for regional openings). The amount will increase depending on the area and the number of rooms.
※There is an in-house commendation system.
※Contracts can be extended after the 4th year (compensation can be further increased).
※The above is the total compensation for the manager and assistant manager.
※It includes consumption tax
