We have sales offices in Ichinomiya and Nagoya, and most of the work is done by car.
As a sales representative, my main job is to follow up with employees and propose job seekers to companies.
You can go directly to the office and return home as we lend you a sales car. You will have enough time for your private life if you make a good schedule.
The Ichinomiya office is a 5-minute walk from Ichinomiya Station, and the Nagoya office is a 5-minute walk from Fushimi Subway Station.

▼Responsabilidades laborales
- Factory tours to companies in the manufacturing and service industries to engage our human resource matching service (as part of labor management services in the human resource services industry)
- Visit companies with which we have long-standing business relationships
- Labor management of our employees
- Support both clients and staff by acting as a liaison between clients and staff, including procedures for new employees to join the company
- Prepare advertisements for job seekers
- Receive and deliver contracts
- Follow up on annual skills training (e-learning)
- Receipt of year-end adjustment materials
- Deal with workplace and family counseling services, etc
