・Must reside in Kanto area with valid visa and plan on staying for 6+ months
・Has some professional experience in video shooting & editing
・Native English, and can communicate in Japanese
・Has both decent DSLR and gimbal (eg Osmo, etc) for video shooting
・Has/uses Adobe Premiere for editing
・Can sign a 6-month contract, to shoot & edit 30 1min-videos, per month
・Can offer an online portfolio of past video clips he/she shot and edited
・Must be responsible and meet deadlines

・This is our Instagram account, you will be shooting/editing videos that will go here. Please refer for video format and quality.

・Please make sure you pass all above requirements before applying.

・Please make sure you are okay with this workflow:
1. Schedule 10 shoot days per month in advance
2. Shoot 3-4 topics per day, with a model and coordinator. 3-person team including you. Each topic will be chosen, researched and granted permission by BENLY in advance.
3. Editing will be done remotely, by you.
4. Submit the 1-min videos according to schedule. (Texts are added by other staff)
