Any contractual work for the Main Contract with the Owner (Railway construction), such as…
● Understanding of the agreement with the owner
● Understanding of agreements with their subcontractors
● Understanding of FIDIC Contract
● Understanding of the construction schedule and progress to be able to be in connection with site leader
● Issue letters to owner(s) and subcontractors after obtaining approval from the contract manager
● Issuing letters other than the agreement, transmittal and their management and control
● Documents management at the site
