▼ Main Responsibilities
You will be in charge of concrete pumping work at building constructions and civil engineering sites.
(Concrete pumping is a specialized business in which fresh concrete brought to a building or construction site by a concrete mixer truck is pumped into a specified formwork by hydraulic or mechanical pressure using a concrete pump truck.)
As a staff member, you will participate in large constructions such as sports stadiums and housing.
　
▼Salary
10,500~11,000 yen/day (it depends on your skill/performance)
* +1,000 yen/day allowance paid if you have a medium vehicle / large vehicle drivers license
* 2,000 yen to 3,000 yen/day allowance paid if on standby due to company reasons or rain
* Overtime allowance will be paid if the period between entering and leaving the worksite exceeds 11 hours.
　
▼ Working Time
7:00 ~ 18:00 (including a break time)
* You may have to work shorter hours, such as finishing in the early afternoon.
In such cases, daily wages will still be paid.

5:30 ~ 6:00 Morning Meeting
7:00 Arrive at the construction sites

Construction sites are mainly in the Tokyo 23 wards
Office: Sakaecho　1 Chome-11, Funabashi, Chiba
　　
▼Employment status
Contract employee for 3 months
→ Contracts are made every three months. After 1 year has passed, you could promote to full-time employees.
　
▼Trial Period
3~4 months
*The salary during the trial period will be ¥10,000/day

▼Holidays
Sundays, national holidays
GW, year-end and New Year vacations, summer vacations (about 5 days each)
