This is an administrative role for a back office center within a large property/casualty insurance company. We are looking for a general supervisor (LSV) and a supervisor (SV). This is a newly established center.
<Center's job description>
Sorting and checking incomplete documents received from agents, and referring the details of incomplete documents to the agents
<LSV Operations>
Overall business management, client negotiation, training of managers
<SV Operations>
■Staff management and development (training, quality checks, attendance management, shift creation, escalation handling)
■Business process management, preparation of work flow, manuals, training materials, and business reports
■Center KPI management, operation management, etc.
