■■Job Summary:
As a construction management clerk for logistics facilities, this position is responsible for repair, maintenance, and restoration work for managed properties and customer service, as well as providing support for employees performing construction management work for newly constructed properties.
(1) Construction work:
∙ Receiving and placing orders for construction work (issuing contracts and invoices to clients, issuing purchase orders to subcontractors, and processing invoices).
∙ Creation of payment requests and registration of various data (Salesforce, Smile, J-Rent, etc.)
∙ Issuance of receipts
∙ Sending out documents to various customers.
∙ Collection and storage of completed construction documents
(2) Facility management duties:
・Contracts for facilities and incidental building management, as well as contracts with subcontractors.
・Schedule adjustment, communication, and implementation management duties related to the implementation of inspections
・Inspection report acquisition and storage duties
・Assistance in obtaining quotations for items pointed out in inspection reports and sharing them with construction staff.
・Assistance with various applications
・Billing for facility management fees
・Request for payment to facility management contractors
(3) General clerical work:
・Handling telephone calls to and from the company
・Handling of telephone calls to the company, agency work, and store visits.
・Receipt and delivery of mail and documents within the Real Estate Management Division
・Sharing of company brochures for new business partners and confirmation of construction business
・Obtaining company information, registration information, and applying for anti-competition.
