You will start by preparing ingredients, cleaning up, washing dishes, and making drinks.
Once you get used to it, you will be able to try your hand at various dishes we serve at the restaurant, such as fish processing, sashimi, serving, salads, deep-fried dishes, and straw-fired dishes.
Recipes are provided, and the kitchen staff will support you!
If you have the spirit to challenge yourself, we will give you more and more things to do, such as developing recommended menus and seasonal menus.
