<Monthly salary

Basic salary: 200,000 yen and up
<Annual salary at time of hire
4,000,000 yen to 5,300,000 yen
Promotion: Once a year / Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
Model annual salary: 5,440,000-6,500,000 (store manager)
