Example of day shift work flow
8:00 / Morning meeting and exercise at the site in charge
8:30 / Start work
10：00/Small break (30 minutes)
12：00 / Lunch break (60 minutes)
13：00 / Work begins in the afternoon
15：00/Small break (30 minutes)
17:00 / End of work
*Many sites finish early.
*For night shifts, start and end times vary depending on the site.

Full-time employees can choose between daily or monthly pay.
Part-time employees are paid on a daily basis.

■Daily wage
No experience: from 12,000 yen
Night shift will be daily wage x 1.25.
*Experienced workers: up to 15,000 yen


■Monthly salary
Base salary from 23,000 yen
Night allowance 2000 yen per day
Bonus
300,000 yen basic salary guaranteed after 5 years
