Ginza Asanoya” is a long-established soba restaurant with its roots in ‘Kanda Asanoya Honten’ established in 1872, and has three stores in Ginza, which are famous and loved by many celebrities. As inheriting the taste and commitment of my uncle, the owner of “Ginza Asanoya”, with the desire to bring the taste of a long-established restaurant with history and tradition to the present. In 2009, Asanoya opened in Ikebukuro, officially inheriting the historic signboard of “Ginza Asanoya” on September 1, 2023.
We are determined to continue to pursue authentic soba dishes and to not ashame the name of Asanoya.
