1)Placing the parts into a welding machine
2)The machine will complete the process
3)Removing the processed parts and inspecting them

Basic hourly wage: 1800 yen
Overtime hourly wage: 2,250 yen
Hourly wage for holidays: 2,250 yen
Late night premium: 450 yen
