Our job it to make popular sweets sold in convenience stores such as pudim, tart, tiramisu and cream puff.
The factory has different areas to make each, depending on the type of dessert.
・ Process of making pudding
・ The process of making sponges and tarts
・ Process of making mousse and jelly
・ Dessert topping and packaging process, etc.

One female staff member says
we do topping of the desserts which are flown on the line, by some fruits and cream, and check if there is no contamination. can work in silence atmosphere.
One male staff member puts ingredients of tart and sponge in containers into the machine and bake them, puts cream ingredients such as sugar into the machine, and transports, picks, and sorts the ingredients.
