[Main business activities
■Machining
Steel materials are processed based on the information gathered from the work drawings and actual size work.
Cutting, drilling, beveling, etc. are performed.

Assembly and welding
Based on the machining instructions, the machining is performed by shaping and assembling.
Welding is performed on the main structural members and joints of the assembled workpieces.
There are various welding methods such as shielded arc welding (manual arc welding) and gas shielded arc welding.
Robotic welding is also on the rise.

Coating
Rust-preventive coating is applied to provide a long-lasting rust-preventive effect.

Quality Control
In order to maintain and improve quality, we conduct inspections in accordance with inspection methods and items specified in inspection manuals and in-house standards.
We determine whether or not the parts or products in the processing process meet the design quality.
