【Summary of work】
We are looking for a person who can provide general support for the implementation and utilization of our products to ensure the success of our customers who have implemented our products.
We also ask you to actively make upsell and cross-sell proposals.

【Details of work】
・Planning and operational design of measures related to the introduction and establishment of products
・Creation and maintenance of documents necessary for onboarding and utilization of each product
・Contract renewal
・Up-sell and cross-sell proposals
・Planning and improvement of products
・Support for robot validation and creation
・Planning and execution of events and training for user companies
