Although it varies depending on the project site, generally, we will be entrusted with the following tasks.

PC and printer support.
Customer support, asset management, PC and printer trouble support, etc.

Help desk duties within the Information Systems Department.
Help desk operations for PCs and internal systems, etc.

■Help desk (core system)
ERP, inventory management, HR and accounting systems, and other core system helpdesk operations.
Handling of problems and inquiries, PC kitting work, and document preparation.
