Temporary scaffolding for residential and mid-rise buildings

▼급료
Daily wage: 13,000 yen and up
Bonus: 5,000 yen allowance for summer and 5,000 yen for winter
Family allowance: 3000 yen/month for each dependent living in the same household
Communication allowance: ¥3,000/month for cell phone supplement
Drink allowance: 300 yen per day x number of working days/month
Transportation allowance: Provided in accordance with company regulations
Holiday work allowance: 35% increase per day for each day in excess of the company's regulations, with reimbursement every six months
Paid allowance: 1 day per month from the month of joining the company (12 days per year)

Apprenticeship period: About 1 month (construction national insurance) and work as a one-person master.
After about 1 month: Set up social insurance (construction national insurance, employee pension, and unemployment insurance) and work as a full-time employee

▼근무일수・시간
Approximately 23-25 days per month throughout the year
Meeting time: 6:00 - 7:00 (assemble at the sales office, employee dormitory, or storage area)
On-site work hours: 8:00-17:00 (scaffolding assembly and scaffolding removal) (about 2 hours break/day)
Return time: 18:00 - 20:00 (depends on the distance to the site) (scaffolding loading and unloading at the material yard is included in the daily wage)
