You will start off by serving customers in the hall!
While interacting with customers, you will learn about the menu we offer.

Next, you will try your hand at simple preparation and cooking tasks.
As you get used to them, we will entrust you with more difficult tasks.
We are particular about handmade food, so you will be able to acquire a wide range of cooking skills!

Eventually, you will work towards becoming a manager or head chef.
You will manage the entire restaurant, including sales, cost management, and staff training.

Part-time workers: 1,100 yen per hour / 1,500 yen after 10:00 p.m.

Full-time employee: monthly salary from 245,000 yen (*5 days a week, 8 hours a day)
*There is a trial period.

＜Salary details
The monthly salary of 245,000 yen includes an estimated 45,000 yen for overtime.
*This will be determined in consideration of ability and experience.

Bonus twice a year
Full payment of transportation expenses

Example of annual salary
2 years with the company as a manager => 3.8 million
Assistant manager after 3 years of employment => 4.5 million
Store manager after 6 years of employment => 5.7 million
